  • Ingredients
    1 pkg (8 oz.) Mahatma® Black Beans and Rice Mix
    9 (8-inch) flour tortillas
    1 1/2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese, divided
    1 1/4 cups sliced green onions, divided
    1 1/4 cups salsa, divided
    1 1/4 cups sour cream, divided
  • Directions
    Prepare rice according to package directions. Spoon 1/3 cup bean mixture down the center of each tortilla. Top each with about 1 to 2 tablespoons cheese, 1 tablespoon green onions, 1 tablespoon salsa, and 1-tablespoon sour cream. Roll up. Serve.
